Your mission

Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and use cases for Isarsoft Perception
Work in tandem with the engineering team to align the product roadmap with the needs of current and potential customers
Ensure customer requirements are addressed by the engineering team and helping to prioritize them effectively
Partner with the sales team to identify customer requirements through in-depth technical conversations and workshops
Investigate new product development opportunities driven by the strategic understanding of customer needs

Your profile

Proven experience in direct interactions with end-users, either as an application engineer or developer
Knowledge of best practices in large-scale software development
Exceptional communication skills with a focus on resolving customer issues
Practical experience in SQL, Python, and using APIs/SDKs
Proficiency in both English and German

Additional assets

Familiarity with Docker / Linux
Startup experience
